Almost 6 months postpartum and still struggling to find what my new normal is while trying to make time for myself in the day. Today we decided to go work out and do some strength training at the gym but unfortunately they were waxing the floors so we couldn’t get in. We decided to use that chance to get in a nice outdoor walk in the beautiful weather before it got too hot and I did my strength training at home instead. I was a little bummed because I don’t have many weights at home, but we made it work! For my lifts today, I did LGPP W1 D1&2. My OCD is telling me I need to do this whole guide, so I’m starting at the beginning! It felt so good to get a little sweat going and still had the rest of my day to enjoy!
